PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- All accounting processes for Accounts Payable including coding invoices and preparing checks
- Handle vendor inquiries and internal questions
- Maintain vendor and customer files
- Post customer payments and make bank deposits
- Contact customers regarding missed or double payments
- Research billing questions
- Prepare special analysis projects or reports as needed

SKILLS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 3+ years general accounting/bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting program
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
