4 bedroom / 1 bath house. Needed: 1 roommate to rent top story of house (2 rooms ) Includes usage of kitchen, living room, dining room and workshop studio in back. Secluded on 5 acres of mostly forest land. Very quiet (most of the time) and serene environment. House itself is an old concrete house, built in the 20's by workers who lived here and worked at the nearby quarry. Some minor work needs to be done - but it is nothing serious. We are slowly renovating to improve asthetic, but it's a nice cozy house. Rent is very low at $400.00 per month for 2 bedrooms and use of the rest of the house.
