1. Review and analyze all pertinent credit and financial information, including Business/personal tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statements, credit reports, environmental reports, appraisal reports for the development of credit information utilized by the Bank for lending decisions.
2. Determine the need for more thorough investigation or additional information and contact appropriate sources to obtain required information.
3. Prepare summary or credit memorandum, present facts and offer an opinion concerning the creditworthiness and financial condition of the applicant(s).
4. Process loans by ordering credit reports, appraisal reports, environmental reports, and request essential financial information from applicant(s) to ensure completeness of loan files
Skills/Requirements :
Minimum 3 years credit analyst experience in a lending environment; thorough knowledge and experience with analyzing financial spreadsheets, business/personal tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statements, credit reports, environmental reports and appraisals. Prefer Bachelor's degree level of knowledge in finance or economics.
