I've got this one running on my website. It's not that difficult to implement. You have to have access to mysql or msql on your webserver and you'll need to have PHP installed on your server as well (both are pretty standard offerings for most hosting companies nowadays). The yahoo-tyle searchable category index is very nice and easily changed through the extensive admin panels. The script allows for permission settings down to the imag level. It also allows you to "hide" directories based on user segmentation (login permissions). It's a little bit of work to install but it is definitely worth it. The install documentation is not hard to follow at all. It's step by step. Best thing about this app is that it's entirely open source.
