As I watched this movie I reminded over and over of the old spaghetti westerns that I've seen over the years. The classic plot. A family is wronged and they decide to set things right. However, this tale twists in a few ways. One being it's set in modern day Detroit. The family is of adopted delinquents of mixed race. I could go on, but don't want to ruin the movie. I really did not have high expectations for this film but found it had just enough humor, drama, sex, and violence to keep it balanced and make it work. - devil.boy™ , posted 08/21/05 |
